GENERAL INFORMATION

When is Aesthetic Medicine Ireland?

Aesthetic Medicine Ireland will be on 9 November at the RDS Dublin. You can find out when tickets will be released by registering your interest here.

What are the opening times?

10am - 5pm
If you are an exhibitor you will have entry from 8 am. Badges are required to be presented on arrival to gain access to the show.

What is the event about?

Aesthetic Medicine Ireland will comprise top industry brands showcasing the latest treatments & machines, providing great networking prospects and serious business opportunities. The Aesthetic Medicine shows are Trade ONLY events to enable professionals to network with the right people and see everything there is to see in the world of clinical beauty, all under one roof. It is the perfect place to discover the latest innovations in products and services, whilst being updated on forthcoming trends and education.

Who is exhibiting at the event?

We have the biggest names within aesthetics exhibiting and showcasing their products at the show.

Who should visit the event?

Aesthetic Medicine welcomes all practitioners from the aesthetic beauty industry including Doctors, Nurses, Surgeons, Dermatologists, clinic managers and owners. Entry available only to Trade Professionals over the age of 18. Only students who are on a medical course will be permitted entry.

How much does it cost to attend?

Entry to Aesthetic Medicine Ireland is free. If you wish to attend injectables masterclasses or live stage sessions, prices for these will be available to you soon.

Will there be any seminars, workshops or demonstrations?

Yes. there are plenty of opportunities to expand your skills at Aesthetic Medicine Ireland including our injectables masterclasses, business and seminars and you will also be able to watch live demonstrations at the stands of brands exhibiting. Please note if you attend any CPD-accredited education you will receive your CPD certificate via email following the show.

Where can I book the live stages and conferences?

Education is not yet available to book, but you can register your interest here to find out when booking is open.

Please note: to attend the injectables masterclasses at Aesthetic Medicine Ireland, proof of membership of a professional body (i.e. GDC, GMC, GPhC, NMC, NMBI, Irish Medical Council, Irish Dental Council or Overseas equivalent) will be required at the time of registration.

Does my badge give me access to the seminars / conferences?

No. You will need to book seminars and conferences online or at the info point onsite to have access. Some conferences and seminars have a fee. 

Where can I see the live stages and seminars that I have already booked?

To view your bookings, you need to log in to Showhub and click on the 'My Event' button.

Can I register my colleague and / or friend?

You are more than welcome to bring a colleague providing they are also a trade professional. You will need to log out of your account and then register your colleague/friend with their own email address. Please note that Aesthetic Medicine Ireland is a Trade ONLY show and non-professionals will not be admitted entry. 

What is the entrance policy?

Due to the professional nature of the event, nobody under the age of 18 is allowed entry into Aesthetic Medicine Ireland. This includes babies/toddlers in prams, pushchairs or buggies. As a busy event, we need to maintain a safe and professional environment for our trade visitors. thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please note that to attend the injectables masterclasses at Aesthetic Medicine Ireland, proof of membership of a professional body (i.e. GDC, GMC, GPhC, NMC, NMBI, Irish Medical Council, Irish Dental Council or Overseas equivalent) will be required at the time of registration.

Do I need a badge or ticket to access the show?

We have contactless badges. Please come with your badge ready to show on your smartphone, printed or via the ShowHub App.

Is there an app I can download to get show information?

Yes, the ShowHub app will include everything you need to know about the show and the exhibitors. You can look at the brands attending, plan your day and purchase conference tickets at anytime by logging into your account.

How can I get more information about the show?

Can I visit the event if I’m not in the trade?

No. Aesthetic Medicine Ireland shows are open to trade professionals only. due to the professional nature of the event, nobody under 18 years of age is allowed entry into Aesthetic Medicine Ireland. This includes Babies and prams. As a busy event, we need to maintain a safe and professional environment for our trade visitors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Is there a charge to register on the door?

No, but make sure to register in advance to save time upon arrival.

If I am a student can I attend?

Only students on a medical course or aesthetics course can attend Aesthetic Medicine Ireland.

Can my children visit the event with me?

Aesthetic Medicine Ireland is a Trade ONLY event. Children are not admitted. All visitors are strongly recommended to find alternative childcare arrangements for their children. As a busy event, we need to maintain a safe and professional environment for our trade visitors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Are there any crèche facilities?

No. Unfortunately, Aesthetic Medicine Ireland is a Trade Only event and children are not admitted.

IF YOU ARE ALREADY REGISTERED

I'm worried that I haven't received my badge yet, what can I do?

If you have registered successfully you will be able to access your badge either online or via the app by clicking on the 'Tickets' button. I attended the show last year, will I automatically receive a badge?

No. All visitors will be required to register again for each show.

INTERNATIONAL VISITORS

Can you arrange for my visa to come to the show?

As Aesthetic Medicine Ireland is a free show, we are unable to provide visa invitation letters to support your travel.  Please contact your embassy to obtain further information on how to organise a Visa to attend the event. Visas can however be arranged for exhibitors once payment has been received.

Is it worthwhile for me to come?

Yes. Aesthetic Medicine Ireland has a wealth of networking opportunities for overseas visitors and has a host of international brands. It is one of the best shows to see the extensive area of aesthetic medicine in one place.

I would like to attend the Injectables Masterclass sessions but I am not registered with an accredited body within the UK, can I still attend?

Due to the presence of injectables, the AM Injectables Masterclass is restricted only to medical professionals who are members of a professionally accredited statutory body i.e. the GDC, GMC, GPhC, NMC, NMBI, Irish Medical Council, and Irish Dental Council. If you are a medical professional registered with a professionally accredited body outside of the UK and Ireland, please email [email protected], with full details of your qualifications. If you choose to purchase a session on injectables masterclasses and are not a member of a professionally accredited body, you will be denied entry and will not receive a refund. You can still attend to visit the exhibition and Business Seminars at Aesthetic Medicine Ireland.

There are food facilities within the show halls and at the RDS to suit all tastes.
