When is Aesthetic Medicine London?

Aesthetic Medicine London will next take place on 9-10 May 2025 at Olympia London. 

What are the opening times?

Friday 9 May: 10am-5pm Saturday 10 May: 10am-5pm If you are an exhibitor you will have entry from 8am and If you are a conference delegate, you will have access to the conference rooms from 9.00am each day. Badges are required to be presented on arrival to gain access to the show.

What is the event about?

Aesthetic Medicine London will comprise of all the top brands showcasing the latest treatments & machines, providing great networking prospects and serious business opportunities. The Aesthetic Medicine London shows are Trade ONLY events to enable professionals to network with the right people and see everything there is to see in the world of clinical beauty, all under one roof. It is the perfect place to discover the latest innovations in products and services, whilst being updated on forthcoming trends and education. 

Who is exhibiting at the event?

We have the biggest names within aesthetics exhibiting and showcasing their products at the show. To view the list of brands you need to log in with your email address and password and click on the ‘Brands’ button at the top of the page.

Who should visit the event?

Aesthetic Medicine welcomes all practitioners from the aesthetic beauty industry including Doctors, Nurses, Surgeons, Dermatologists, clinic managers and owners. Entry is available only to trade professionals over the age of 18. We permit entry to medical and aesthetic students only. Under no circumstances will babies or children under the age of 18 be admitted to the event.

How much does it cost to attend?

Entry to Aesthetic Medicine London is free. If you wish to attend any education sessions including our Injectables masterclasses and business skills seminars, prices for these will be available soon.

Will there be any seminars, workshops or demonstrations?

Yes. There are plenty of opportunities to expand your skills at Aesthetic Medicine London including our Injectables Masterclasses, Business Seminars, Live Demo Theatre, and Skin and Body Stage. 

Please note if you attend the CPD-accredited education you will receive your CPD certificate via email a few weeks after the show.

Where can I book the live stages and conferences?

You can book your live stages and masterclasses by clicking the ‘register now’ button at the top of the page and navigating to the relevant session and book online Please note: Proof of membership of a professional body (i.e. GDC, GMC, GPhC, NMC, HCHP and Overseas equivalent) will be required to attend the clinical education and Injectables masterclasses at Aesthetic Medicine London (Details will be checked prior to arrival)

Does my badge give me access to the seminars / conferences?

No. You will need to book seminars and conferences online or at the info point onsite to have access. Book your seminars and conferences by clicking the ‘Register now’ button at the top of the page and Navigating to the relevant session and book online.

 

 

Where can I see the live stages and seminars that I have already booked?

To view your bookings, you need to log in to Showhub and click on the 'My Event' button.

If I register for the show can I attend more than one day?

Your show ticket entitles you to entry every day of the show. If you have purchased a conference delegate pass you will have paid for a specific day to attend (this pass will entitle you to enter the show floor for the entire duration of the show despite how many days you have purchased for the conference). 

Can I register my colleague and / or friend?

You are more than welcome to bring a colleague providing they are also a trade professional. You will need to log out of your account and then register your colleague/friend with their own email address. Please note that Aesthetic Medicine London is a Trade ONLY show and non-professionals will not be admitted entry. 

What is the entrance policy?

Due to the professional nature of the event, nobody under 18 years of age is allowed entry into Aesthetic Medicine London. This includes babies, and prams are also not permitted on the premises. As a busy event, we need to maintain a safe and professional environment for our trade visitors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please note that for selected clinical sessions, proof of membership of a professional body (i.e. GDC, GMC, GPhC, NMC or Overseas equivalent) will be required at time of booking.

Do I need a badge or ticket to access the show?

We have digital badges. Please come with your badge ready to show on your smartphone, printed or via the ShowHub App. Register online in advance for free by clicking here.

Is there an app I can download to get show information?

Can I visit the event if I’m not in the trade?

No. Aesthetic Medicine London is open to trade professionals only.

Is there a charge to register on the door?

No, but make sure to register in advance to save time upon arrival.

If I am a student can I attend?

Only students on a medical or aesthetics course can attend Aesthetic Medicine London.

Can my children visit the event with me?

Aesthetic Medicine London is a trade only event. Due to the professional nature of the event, nobody under 18 years of age is allowed entry into Aesthetic Medicine London. All visitors are strongly recommended to find alternative childcare arrangements for their children.

Are there any crèche facilities?

No. Unfortunately Aesthetic Medicine London is a trade only event and children are not admitted.

IF YOU ARE ALREADY REGISTERED

I'm worried that I haven't received my badge yet, what can I do?

If you have registered successfully you will be able to access your badge either online or via the app by clicking on the 'Tickets' button. I attended the show last year, will I automatically receive a badge?

No. All visitors will be required to register again for each show. Click here to register. Please note, you will be asked for the password you would have set up when registering last year

INTERNATIONAL VISITORS

Can you arrange for my visa to come to the show?

As Aesthetic Medicine London is a free event, we are unable to offer visa letters to support your travel. Please contact your embassy to obtain further information on how to organise a visa to attend the event. Visas can however be arranged for exhibitors once payment has been received.

Is it worthwhile for me to come?

Yes. Aesthetic Medicine London has a wealth of networking opportunities for overseas visitors and has a host of international brands. It is one of the best shows to see the extensive area of aesthetic medicine in one place.

I would like to attend the Clinical Conference sessions but I am not registered with an accredited body within the UK, can I still attend?

Due to the presence of injectables and prescription-only medicines, the clinical education sessions at Aesthetic Medicine London are restricted only to medical professionals who are members of a professionally accredited statutory body i.e. the GMC / GDC / NMC or GPhC. If you are a medical professional registered with a professionally accredited body outside of the UK, please email [email protected], with full details of your professional membership. If you choose to purchase a conference pass and a two-day pass and are not a member of a professionally accredited body, you will be denied entry and will not receive a refund.You can still attend to visit the exhibiton, business seminars, skin and body stage and live demo theatre

Are pushchairs allowed into the exhibition halls?

No. Aesthetic Medicine is a Trade-only event. Children are not admitted. All visitors are strongly recommended to find alternative childcare arrangements for their children.

Will there be anywhere to buy food while I’m at the exhibition?

There are food facilities within the show halls and many food venues at Olympia to suit all tastes.
