However, fear holds them back. The prospect of leaving behind a stable income, doubts about their skills - aka the “impostor syndrome” - the challenge of attracting a steady stream of patients, all create a cycle of hesitation and procrastination, which, in turn, fuels their exhaustion even more. And the economic uncertainty looming in the horizon only adds on more uncertainty, if possible. Making the leap from the NHS to a thriving aesthetic business isn’t just about clinical skills. It’s about mindset, strategy and acceptance of the uncertain. In this presentation, we will share our personal journeys from the public health sector to successful aesthetic entrepreneurship. We’ll highlight the challenges we faced, the lessons we learned, and we’ll break down the five essential elements that can help you transition with confidence, moving from the security of a monthly pay check to the freedom of running a fulfilling and profitable aesthetic practice.

He is also a serial entrepreneur, with business experience in the UK and overseas of 18+ years, and he provides business consultancy for doctors and clinics. Mr. Almeida is a world leading expert in the field of fat dissolving injectables, and the official global trainer for Aqualyx™.
