Aesthetic Medicine Meets – Richard Crawford-Small

As part of a new series of video interviews – Aesthetic Medicine Meets – Aesthetic Medicine editor Vicky Eldridge chats to Richard Crawford-Small about at the Aesthetic Medicine North Business Workshops, his new book Changing Faces and his soon-to-be-launched business courses.

Vicky Eldridge and Richard Crawford-SmallRecent data suggests that only 4% of women who are thinking about having treatment are actually coming through the doors of aesthetic clinics, citing fear of negative outcomes as their main barrier. With so many negative stories in the press about our industry it is no surprise that fear is getting in the way. So how do you better communicate with consumers in a way that engages and informs them and makes them feel safe?

This is the topic that Richard Crawford-Small will be exploring as part of the Aesthetic Medicine North Business Workshops on Monday October 23 at 11am-12pm in his talk – Communicating with the Consumer.

Crawford-Small, who will also be chairing the programme on Sunday October 22, has recently published his first book Changing Faces which reveals powerful proven techniques to help you to maximise the efficiency of your existing medical aesthetics or beauty business and will help you grow your business using sound ethical principles.

Changing Faces provides sound business advice for those new to the sector, or a seasoned clinic owner with plans to help you accelerate your business ethically.

Our editor Vicky Eldridge met up with him to chat about the book, his involvement in Aesthetic Medicine North and the new business courses he is launching. You can watch the video here
