Aesthetic Medicine North was a huge success!
29-30 June 2019 saw the first stand-alone Aesthetic Medicine North event take place at Manchester Central with roaring success! With some of the biggest industry brands as well as CPD-accredited education programmes, Aesthetic Medicine North brought together suppliers, practitioners, manufacturers and industry key opinion leaders for two days of networking, education, exposure and the latest news from an extremely fast paced industry.
The event has grown year on year and 2019 saw Aesthetic Medicine North, for the first time, held as a stand-alone show, previous 3 years the show was held alongside Professional Beauty North. With 871 visitors and exhibitors in attendance, the show is the North’s leading aesthetics show for medical professionals. Aesthetic Medicine Editor, Vicky Eldridge commented “Making the decision to move Aesthetic Medicine North on its own as a standalone event and at a different time of year was a gamble that I’m happy to say paid off. This was one of the best events we have held in Manchester and I look forward to watching it continue to grow and evolve into the must-attend meeting for aesthetic practitioners in the North.”
AM North saw the return of the Clinical Conference, this time, sponsored by AlumierMD and chaired by Dr Daniel Sister, Dr Ash Dutta and Rachel Goddard across the two days. With sessions covering Innovative Injection Techniques and Rejuvenation and Regeneration- Aesthetics inside and out, the CPD-Accredited conference brought both clinical and practical expertise to life. The conference saw both industry KOLs and visitors registered with a statutory body only come together. Visitor Dr Mohammed Nassimizadeh expressed ‘the educational lecturers were outstanding! The clinic sessions were excellent, they had live patients, live demonstrations and showed you all from the setting up of a patient, to the injection techniques to the results! It’s really top quality.'
The business workshops chaired by Richard Crawford-Small featured an interactive line-up with top business consultants, marketing specialists and inspiring Entrepreneurs offering their most up-to-date tips and advice. Speakers included Dr Harry Singh, Dr Steve Harris and Tracey Jones to name a few. ‘Knowing that you’ve got people who are very respected in the business here and having them accessible was a huge draw’ Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Tracey Dennison.
The live stage saw the show’s exhibitors discussing innovative technology, treatments and the latest business queries, trends and knowledge from the aesthetics industry today.
