  Dr Steven Land is an Aesthetic Doctor and the Founder, and Clinic Director of the award-winning Novellus Aesthetics. Dr Land has over 20 years of extensive medical training in medicine, surgery, plastic surgery and emergency medicine. He soon developed a passion for aesthetic medicine and is now a leading figure in the industry.   My passion for aesthetic medicine began over 12 years ago when I realised how well it complemented the dentistry I was carrying out. After seeing the clinical benefits for myself, I embarked on a journey to learn as much as I could about the various procedures and treatment options that were available and to improve my skills. This led me to complete a master’s degree in aesthetic medicine. I teach dentists, doctors, and nurses in aesthetic medicine and my area of special interest is Regenerative Medicine.

  Claudia McGloin is a Registered Nurse and holds dual registration in both the UK and Ireland. With over 26 years nursing experience, Claudia is the Clinical Director and Advanced Nurse Practitioner at The New You Clinic in Sligo. Claudia is Ireland’s leading Platelet Rich Plasma expert and has performed thousands of PRP treatments.

My journey started in 2005 when I graduated from the University of Glasgow with my medical degree. I’ve had wide experience over the years, working in specialties like Cardio-thoracic surgery and Anaesthetics. In 2011, I qualified as a General Practitioner and became a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. It was during my GP training that I became interested in Aesthetic Medicine. I undertook specialised training and found myself fascinated by how people age, the importance of skin health, and the art of ageing well.   Mr Alastair Lowrie

  Mr Lowrie is a fully accredited Consultant Plastic Surgeon on the General Medical Council’s Specialist Register in Plastic Surgery. He specialises in Cosmetic Surgery of the face, eyelids, nose, breast, abdomen, arms and legs. He performs a full range of operations and non-surgical treatments. He also has an interest in Hand surgery. Mr Lowrie studied medicine in Edinburgh, winning prizes in Surgery and Anatomy and graduating with Honours. He began surgical training in Glasgow and worked in the famous Canniesburn Plastic Surgery Unit. He then completed research into weight loss and healing before finishing his training in England. He undertook prestigious fellowships in Cosmetic and Hand Surgery and travelled to America, Europe and India to learn from the best surgeons. Mr Lowrie is a NHS Consultant in Plastic Surgery at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee.

  

  Claudia McGloin

  Dr Caroline joined the Clinetix team in 2019 and is based at our Bothwell Clinic. She qualified as a dental surgeon from the University of Glasgow in 2007 and splits her time between facial aesthetics and dentistry. Dr Caroline also holds a MJDP Diploma in Restorative Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Her goal is for her patients to feel the best version of themselves when it comes to their smile as well as their full face. Dr Caroline has carried out extensive training at the Aesthetic Training Academy and is now herself a trainer with the academy.

  

  Dr Paula Mann

  Dr Paula Mann BDS (Hons) MFDS MFGDP completed her dental degree at the University of Glasgow in 2000. With over 18 years of experience, she has served as a dedicated dental surgeon, including managing her own practice. In 2017, Dr Paula joined the Clinetix team and in 2018 she made the decision to dedicate her time exclusively to facial aesthetics. Paula is an Innovation Partner for Merz Aesthetics, lecturer at the Aesthetic Training Academy and frequently presents at national dental and medical aesthetic conferences. She is passionate about providing treatments that appear subtle and natural as well as improving patients confidence and general well-being. Dr Paula won the Rising Star award in the 2019 Face My Body Award.

  

  Dawn Knight

  Dawn Knight AKA The Patient Safety Lady is a patient safety advocate campaigning for over a decade with the support of her local MP Kevan Jones for better regulation and protection of patients seeking out procedures from the UK Cosmetics and Aesthetics Sector. Dawn is part of PRAS EAG group Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Expert Advisory Group for MHRA, Medicine Healthcare Regulatory Authority as a lay member.

  Caroline Hall RGN, RM, Bsc Hons, INP is an esteemed member of the Dermafocus Faculty as well as being a National Clinical trainer for Advanced Polynucleotide treatments. Caroline is also a faculty member and clinical trainer for Acquisition Aesthetics. With 18 years’ experience in the medical field, Caroline is dedicated to upholding highest standards of patient safety while consistently striving for optimal outcomes. Caroline is now one of the pioneering independent practitioners in Garforth, Leeds.

  Erin Smale

  Erin is a passionate and knowledgeable Training & Development Manager who gained her HND in Scotland before moving to London in 2015 to study at the University of the Arts. After achieving a certificate in Aesthetics with distinction she then went on to gain experience in London Harley Street before starting her career at Clinetix. Erin is not only committed to training the Clinetix team of skin therapists, but you can also find her in our Bothwell clinic offering various treatments to improve patients skin health and confidence. Erin is devoted to sharing her aesthetic expertise and knowledge. She currently lectures for Ayrshire College. She has presented at many conferences inc ASAP, Wigmore and Professional Beauty’s aesthetic stage. Erin has a deep passion for education and strives to be at the forefront of the aesthetic industry.

  

  Fiona McInnes

  Fiona McInnes, has 20 years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine and Cosmetic Surgery. She is internationally trained in Paris, London, Monaco, and Geneva, to name but a few. Trained by world class industry leaders and plastic surgeons. Having performed over 100,000 aesthetic treatments, Fiona has gained a reputation not only with her vast number of patients but with aesthetic medical peers and global opinion leaders. She is also a public speaker and trainer to other practitioners.
