Cambridge Stratum introduces DermaDeep IR
Cambridge Stratum has unveiled the latest addition to the DermaDeep light therapy range, the DermaDeep IR.
The DermaDeep IR uses LED light therapy and incorporates infrared (830 nm), which aims to treat injuries and encourage cell repair for indications such as acne, wrinkles and skin rejuvenation. The device also includes MitoPulse technology, which provides a high speed pulse that aims to enable faster absorption and deeper penetration of wavelengths to the body tissue.
John Culbert, CEO of Cambridge Stratum said, “DermaDeep LED light therapy can be used in combination with facials and peels to treat acne, reduce wrinkles and rejuvenate the skin. It is excellent as a skin calming treatment after injectable or laser treatments, and when used for skin conditions it can reduce the need for topical treatments such as steroids. “The DermaDeep IR incorporates infrared (830nm) for treating injuries and encouraging cell repair. To further aid healing, the DermaDeep IR is equipped with MitoPulse which pulses the beam at 200 times a second. This enables the peak fluence to be higher which in turn enables a deeper penetration of a therapeutic level of light, without overexposing the epidermis.”
