Practice Manager wanted
Our Successful expanding and leading aesthetic clinic, is looking for a Clinic Manager in their Central London location able to juggle multiple tasks and rise to the challenge,
As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the clinic, patients and training diary, and you will lead the staff, delivering clear objectives and monitoring targets. You will also be responsible for ensuring revenue growth, maximising sales and profitability.
Sales and Marketing
You will develop and execute a marketing plan to promote the clinic both to new and existing clients. you will update our brochures and regularly updates for the website and oversee social media, you will monitor and report on competitor prices and promotions, and you will build a referral scheme with patients and agreed partner companies. You will set staff sales targets and monitor their progress to help increase sales and cross promotions.you will review treatment list for profitability.
Clinic management
You will ensure that the patient journey begins with a five-star welcome and meets the highest standard. You will manage patient documentation to ensure all details are accurate and that confidentiality is maintained. you will be responsible of the pre and post procedures patients follow up.
you will be responsible for over seeing and organising our training programme for other medical professionals, e.g advertising the training, contacting delegates, organising the schedule, etc…
Staff management
You will manage a small team of staff, setting individual targets, monitoring progress and arranging training where necessary.
Skills and experience you will need for this role:
It is essential that you have experience both of managing people and of commercial business development with a strong sales background. You should have good experience of non-surgical treatments in order to promote it to patients.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Good IT skills
- Good command of social media and e-marketing campaigns
