Editor's Choice: I Conceal
I have recently been having the fractional radio-frequency treatment PING with Dr Sach Mohan at Revere Clinics and, while the side effects only last a couple of days, you do get some downtime with it. The day after my second treatment with Dr Mohan I went to Oxford for the Image Skincare Worldwide Launch Party looking like I’d gone two rounds with Mike Tyson. Luckily for me, one of the products they were launching at the event was a new and improved formula of their I Conceal flawless foundation. The all-in-one illuminating, lightweight and water-resistant foundation is ideal for post-procedure as it both heals and conceals. Feeling slightly embarrassed by turning up with red/purple post treatment eyes, when I had to network with people at the party, I swiftly asked Skin Geeks’ education specialist Victoria Hiscock to give me a quick makeover and I was amazed with the results. The product felt great on my skin and, what’s more, it looked amazing. It completely covered up the side effects of my treatment as well as leaving my whole complexion looking flawless due to its CPNTM System of Correction, Protection and Nutrition. The product comes in six colours for every Fitzpatrick skin type – Porcelain, Natural, Beige, Suede, Toffee and Mocha – which is great. It also makes your skin look luminous, without being too shiny, like some mineral make-ups can be. This daily healthy skin foundation is mineral based, paraben free and is breathable and oxygenates and heals the skin, which also makes it ideal for my acne skin. It also has an SPF of 30 and provides broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection. I Conceal is ideal for patients who suffer from: Pigmentation Redness and rosacea Acne and acne scarring Post-cosmetic injections Bruising and scarring Post-treatment Post-laser Post-surgery I have worn this product every single day since I first tried it and absolutely love it. In fact I have just asked Skin Geeks to send me some more! This is my new makeup staple – I can’t get enough of it! Vicky Eldridge, Editor, Aesthetic Medicine Magazine
