Institute Hyalual logoInstitute Hyalual are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our client base in aesthetics, high end beauty and lifestyle venues i.e. Gyms, medi-spas, high end and unique retail. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to help create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales, offering training and ongoing support and forging strong relationships with clients. We are looking for central London, Essex and Kent.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Arrange business meetings with existing and prospective clients and covert to customers with a sustainable revenue source for the business
  • Cold call, network and follow leads with a view to convert to customers
  • Promote Hyalual’s product portfolio in line with our strategy to new and existing clients
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Build a database of existing and prospective customers
  • Deliver product training to Dr’s, Nurses, Plastic Surgeons, beauty therapists and clinic staff to increase business and knowledge of our products
  • Territory planning and management
  • Attend exhibitions, conferences, meetings and events to increase exposure to our products and gather leads
  • Support customers with in clinic events
  • Meet set sales targets
  • Offer marketing/ website/ sales and social media support to your customers
  • Place orders for products with head office or our pharmacy partners Cosmedic Pharmacy and Wigmore Medical
  • Chase overdue invoices
  • General admin duties such as database maintenance, reports, chasing orders, customer enquiries
  • Launch new products

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role within aesthetics or high end beauty
  • Good contacts and customer knowledge within aesthetics and beauty
  • Good understanding of aesthetics and beauty market and groups and organisations within it
  • Proven sales track record
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about new business development
  • Tenacious
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
