The media provides huge opportunities to promote your expertise and your practice, but also a major threat if things go wrong and crisis hits.  This session will help you understand the media mindset, the risks and rewards for the aesthetics sector, and how to take advantage of the right media opportunities at the right time.  It is led by Tom Maddocks, a former BBC-TV ‘Money Programme’ reporter, now Course Director at Media Training Associates and author of the book ‘The M-Factor: media confidence for business leaders and managers’.  Tom is acknowledged as one of the UK's leading authorities on media coaching and training, and has been quoted on the subject in many publications including the Sunday Times, PR Week and Financial Times.  He has over twenty years’ experience as a national-level journalist and broadcaster, and has helped improve the media and presentation skills of hundreds of individuals.
