November’s Virtual Conference programme announced

Aesthetic Medicine will host 20 hours of engaging online education for our community split into three agendas – Skin, Devices, Business Workshops and Clinical.
We are excited to announce the Virtual Conference programme – click here to view all of the free sessions – which are available to sign up to now.
Monday’s skin agenda (9 November) will host sessions covering hyperpigmentation (“The answer to successfully identifying and treating Hyper-Pigmentation”) with Kat Coleman, sponsored by Mesoestetic; as well as a session with Thermavein’s KOL Mr Arturo Almeida. The last session of the day will cover the effects of winter on the skin and incorporating this into your treatment plans, with Dr Fareeha Faisal, KOL for Wigmore Medical.
The devices agenda on Tuesday (10 November) features a session on body-shaping in aesthetic medicine (“The HIFEM body-shaping revolution in aesthetic medicine”) with BTL KOL Dr Rita Rakus, followed by “Objective assessment of aesthetic outcomes” with Dr Raul Cetto for Surface Imaging Solutions.
Tuesday afternoon will see the return of Aesthetic Medicine’s Business Workshops, hosted by finance expert and accountant Phil Elder. Phil’s first guest Nick Hampton will talk about “Building a legacy for your business now and for the future”, while Phil will later be joined by Safety in Beauty founder Antonia Mariconda to cover the “5 key methods to change your marketing strategy post Covid-19 and in the future”.
The clinical agenda taking place on Wednesday, 11 November features sessions only available to those with a valid GMC, GDC, NMC or GPhC number or overseas equivalent. To sign up to these sessions please submit your number here and a member of the team will be in contact with the password and individual session links.
The clinical agenda includes a session on "Treating the male face” with Dr Raj Thethi and “The new era of minimally-invasive facial contouring and the evolving role of PDO threads” by Dr Mahsa Saleki. Later, Dr Nick Lowe will explore “30 years of Botulinum Toxin: What’s new and what’s true”.
