Session spotlight: Communicating with the Consumer, Monday October 23, 11am-12pm, Aesthetic Medicine North
Recent data suggests that only 4% of women who are thinking about having treatment are actually coming through the doors of aesthetic clinics, citing fear of negative outcomes as their main barrier. With so many negative stories in the press about our industry it is no surprise that fear is getting in the way. So how do you better communicate with consumers in a way that engages and informs them and makes them feel safe. Join Richard Crawford-Small for this workshop on how to improve your messages and the language to use when communicating with the public. This session will be chaired by Pam Underdown.
