Scottish clinics can now benefit from 3D-lipo’s business development programme.
The aesthetic machines brand has welcomed a new business development manager for Scotland, following the success of the programme in England.
3D-lipo's business development initiative was first launched in May 2019 to help clinics maximise their return on investment and treatment revenue.
Mandy McCulloch will be working across the whole of Scotland, available for dedicated onsite appointments with both new and existing clients, and will be on hand to keep clinic accounts up to date with the latest treatment protocols, equipment maintenance advice, and good working practice.
Over the past nine months, the network of business development managers at 3D-lipo have added a wealth of expertise, knowledge, and dedication to the team at 3D, adding a new dimension of client-facing support.
McCulloch has over 20 years of experience within the retail industry for beauty brands, and has previously worked as regional manager for Clinique, national sales manager for Smashbox and over recent years has played key roles to assist in the launch of global brands to the UK market including Fenty Beauty, and Kat Von D.
McCulloch said, “From all of my experience, my main lesson has been that you should always imagine walking in your customer's shoes. If you put your customers first, everything else tends to fall into place."
