Transform appoints Riccardo Frati as Medical Director

Transform Group has announced the appointment of Riccardo Frati as Medical Director for the cosmetic surgery division of the company, working across both its subsidiary brands, Transform and The Hospital Group.

Mr Frati has significant experience as a leading cosmetic surgeon. Having initially joined Transform earlier in his career, Mr Frati has expanded his surgical expertise through his work with several cosmetic surgery providers over the last 14 years. He has held posts in plastic surgery in several NHS hospitals and has performed thousands of cosmetic surgery procedures across the UK, the USA, Brazil and Italy.

As Medical Director for cosmetic surgery, Mr Frati will work closely with Transform Group’s management team to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of the cosmetic surgery sector. As the Chair of the Clinical Governance Committee, Mr Frati will play a key role in streamlining surgical policies and procedures across the business, whilst also providing leadership to clinical teams. He will lead on further developing Transform Group’s cosmetic surgery services by evaluating techniques and products, and ensuring that services are consistent across all hospitals.

In addition to his role as Medical Director, Mr Frati will also conduct a wide range of cosmetic surgical procedures for Transform and The Hospital Group.
