mybody was founded by CEO Christine Watson and lifelong entrepreneur and skincare pioneer, David Watson.   Christine began her career as a buyer at Harrods in London, hand selecting the niche, cult beauty and skincare brands carried in the toiletries department of the luxe destination. It was here that Christine first met her husband-to-be David Watson, crossing paths while launching his coveted skincare collection, Philosophy®, at Harrods.

David developed Biomedic®, one of the first medically dispensed skincare lines distributed through plastic surgeons and dermatologists. His insight and direction were instrumental in helping the brand achieve a level of success that attracted the interest of L'Oréal® - the beauty giant acquired Biomedic® in 2000. David's experience at Biomedic® paved the way for him to create the Philosophy® brand, giving him the opportunity to introduce a skincare brand at retail. Once the emerging brand became a bestselling blockbuster, David turned his start-up energy to another project: Revolution Tea. While the venture represented a new market for David, it presented a familiar challenge - taking a product he believed in from humble beginnings to tremendous success

Drawing on David's expertise and Christine's strong retail background as well as her personal experience dealing with medical issues and surviving breast cancer, the couple developed mybody, an unprecedented range of effective, medical-grade skincare and beautiful, approachable products that women want to show off, marking a dramatic departure from the existing offerings on the market. With the goal of providing simple, manageable regimens for every patient, David worked with Christine to develop a complete range of effective skincare solutions that offer one-stop shopping for consumers. The resulting collection tells a story, giving clients the opportunity to get in touch with their bodies as they age and heal from within.
