Vida Health and Beauty launches Oxy Xtra Med

A new device is being launched which combines the benefits of dermal rollering and oxygen therapy in one system. Using the DTS Roller, the Oxy Xtra Med system allows for oxygen infusion and improved penetration of active ingredients.

The action of needling also gives the added benefit of collagen and elastin stimulation, further adding to the skin rejuvenating effect. The “Oxyneedling®” technique was developed by the research and development team at Maya Beauty Engineering’s medical division and is being brought to the UK by Vida Health and Beauty. The treatment can be used to improve acne, scars and stretch marks as well as to address premature ageing including photo-damage and wrinkles. The treatment is also indicated for treating lax skin on the neck and décolletage. Oxy Xtra Med is the only system of its kind certified for the medical field.
