Want to know how leading practitioners treat sun damage and pigmentation?

Sun damage is the number one cause of premature skin ageing and pigmentation is its calling card. This session will examine how to tackle various types of pigmentation.

At Aesthetic Medicine North this Sunday (June 30), three leading aesthetic practitioners will share their tips and experience in treating pigmentation. 

Dr Paul Charlson , Dr Raj Thethiand Anna Baker will speak in Session 1 PIGMENTATIONADRESSING THE NUMBER ONE CAUSE OF PREMATURE SKIN AGEING, chaired by Rachel Goddard. 

Paul CharlsonDr Paul Charlson is a highly experienced cosmetic doctor who has been in the industry for 15 years. He has two established clinics in Yorkshire as Skinqure Clinic and has now expanded to London. He works in NHS Dermatology which integrates well with his cosmetic practice. Paul lectures and writes extensively and has appeared on national and local television and radio. Dr Charlson is currently President of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine and is leading the regulation of the aesthetic industry via the newly established JCCP.

Raj Thethi

Dr Raj Thethi is an aesthetic doctor specialising in advanced facial aesthetics. He graduated from Leeds University Medical School in 2013, having completed an additional BSc (Hons) 1st Class Degree in Anatomy in 2012. On completion of his surgical training in the Yorkshire Deanery he qualified as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) in 2016. He has completed a Level 7 accredited course in Aesthetic Medicine. In addition to his work at Good Skin Days, he is also an aesthetic trainer and has been published in several aesthetic industry journals.

Anna Baker

Anna Baker is an experienced registered nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber. She has a post graduate certificate in Applied Clinical Anatomy, specialising in head and neck anatomy and works alongside consultant plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon Mr Dalvi Humzah as the coordinator and assistant tutor to Dalvi Humzah Aesthetic Training.

Rachel Goddard

Rachel Goddard is an award winning Nurse Independent Prescriber and trainer with 15 years experience in aesthetic medicine. Rachel is based in North Manchester and is Managing Director of Rachel Goddard Aesthetics and Totally Aesthetics. Rachel has post graduate qualifications in aesthetics and clinical education. She is a member of the Allergan Medical Faculty and teaches nurses, doctors and dentists all over the UK. She is also a mentor for Northumbria University.
