3D-Lipo creators launch new facial treatment, 3D-skinmed, at the Academy of Medical Sciences

3D-Lipo launched its new treatment 3D-skinmed at The Academy of Medical Sciences.

Brand ambassador, Dawn Ward from The Real Housewives of Cheshire, was one of many celebrity supporters of the new treatment. Other celebrities such as Gemma Collins and Amy Childs also attended the event.

After the success her clinic had had with 3D-Lipo, star of BBC’s The Apprentice, Dr Leah Totton is greatly excited to be one of the first clinics offering the new facial treatment describing it as “A revolutionary non-surgical facelift that is tailor made to the individual’s needs."

Presentations were made by Roy Cowley, managing director of 3D-skinmed and Paul Banwell FRCS (Plast) owner of The Banwell Clinic. Mr Banwell said, “It was a great privilege to be part of the launch for 3D-skinmed at the Academy of Medical Sciences. High intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) shows immense promise as a non surgical skin tightening technology. At the Banwell Clinic we have already had some great results and look forward to sharing our experience.”

The treatment works in three stages. Stage 1 uses 3D high intensity focused ultrasound to activate the dermis. Stage 2 utilises 3D Derma Roller radiofrequency to tighten and lift the skin and Stage 3 uses 3D Impact to give rapid hydration to the skin.

Each one of these amazing technologies can be used individually to target specific concerns or layered in a prescriptive way to suit the recipient.
