Aesthetic Medicine Survey: Botulinum Toxin and Pregnancy

We are researching an article in conjunction with Dr Anna Hemming on botulinum toxin and pregnancy (pre, post and during) and are looking for practitioners and patients to give their feedback.
Once collated the data will be presented in Aesthetic Medicine magazine. Answers will be completely anonymous and your name/your patient’s names will not be used for any purpose.
