Aesthetic Medicine’s top Instagram posts of the year

2023 was a huge year for the Aesthetic Medicine team, and a huge year for the industry. We published 10 magazines, presented 3 trade exhibitions, and held one award fabulous awards ceremony. Of course, we shared the whole journey on our socials, so what had you clicking the like button the most?

1. Aesthetic Medicine Awards – The pictures from the 2023 AM Awards were clearly our most-liked shots, with this one of Dr Ifeoma Ejikeme taking first place in the ranks, and in Aesthetic Doctor of the Year! Entries are open for 2024 now, so this could be you come May… Enter here.

2. Women in Aesthetic Medicine – The announcement of our Women in Aesthetic Medicine networking group was a big achievement for us this year, and our Instagram followers were clearly excited about too!

3. Day one of Aesthetic Medicine Live – The wrap up shots of the first day of our flagship show were super popular, showing the best of our industry connecting and celebrating its remarkable advancements.

4. Exosomes feature – In 2023, exosomes saw a lot of interest as an ingredient in skincare, and our May feature on the ‘cellular messengers’ predicted its rise into the spotlight.

 

5. Podcast – More WiAM news for 2023, the launch of the Women in Aesthetic Medicine Podcast brings women from the industry together to discuss the pressing issues they want tackled.

1. AM Live Welcome – We were so excited to open the doors at AM Live and welcome our visitors to our biggest show yet.

2. AM Awards - We love celebrating this fabulous industry, and so do you. Can you spot yourself in our wrap up reel?

3. Day two of Aesthetic Medicine North – Our Northern show was an incredible couple of days of education and innovation. Manchester Central saw our first exclusive clinical area full of the top injectable brands wo go alongside our injectables masterclasses.

4. Skin consultation – The AM team were very lucky to have visited Cigdem Kemal Yilmaz and had a skin consultation using the Skin Masterclass online consultation software.

5. Dr Ana the Skin Clinic – Editor Anna Dobbie went all the way to Birmingham to see Skinceutical’s first flagship clinic, and have a Hydrafacial.
