Aesthetic nurse launches mineral make-up range
Aesthetic nurse Sarah Barker has launched her own mineral make-up range. Flawless Aesthetics and Beauty is made from 100% pure minerals and is manufactured in the UK.
It includes foundations, eye shadows and lip colours with the naturally skin-protecting properties of zinc oxide and the illuminating powers of titanium dioxide to remove imperfections and give skin a radiant glow. It is also free from free from harmful sensitisers, like perfumes and chemical dyes, making it ideal for those with acne-prone or sensitive skin.
Barker said, “I looked at existing mineral make-up available and some needed large minimum order quantities in order to become a stockist or had other ingredients than minerals. I wanted it as pure as possible so there was less risk of skin irritation. I then researched getting it manufactured, packaged and logo printed and it went from there.” Barker has also set up accredited training for the brand with aesthetic insurers Cosmetic Insure and Hamilton Fraser.
