Aesthetic Response launces a new telephone message taking service

A new telephone message taking service has been launched by Aesthetic Response.

Alongside AR’s specialist Patient Advisor appointment booking and diary management service dedicated to aesthetic practice, this new message taking service will mean aesthetic practices that sign up won’t miss valuable enquiries or patient calls.

The service will be available for up to 66 hours per week and can be used during busy clinic opening hours and as an “out of hours” service. Gilly Dickons from Aesthetic Response said, “All patient calls, whether new or existing have a value, this service is a great step towards valuing aesthetic patients when they take the time to call.”
