Entries to the Aesthetic Medicine Awards are open. Here are our top tips to help you navigate the process and write an award-winning entry.

Choose your category from the list here. Make sure you’ve selected the category that’s right for you, your business and/or your team.

Make a note of important dates
The deadline date for all entries is Friday, 18 January 2024. Entries cannot be accepted once the deadline date has passed. We recommend popping this into your calendar now and setting reminders for when you’re free to work on your entry.

Explain why you’re different
Identify what makes your clinic stand out from competitors. Explore your unique selling points in areas such as customer service, treatment offerings, sales and marketing strategies and retail management. Make sure you note your examples!

Include your pictures
Photos of your clinic are an important part of your entry. Make sure these are clear and include both exterior and interior shots.

Be concise while answering the question
Give the judges your answers quickly and concisely. Try bullet-pointing your key points before expanding your answer to make sure you’ve covered what’s asked.

Show your evidence
Judges can’t award points for claims that aren’t backed up. Make sure you give examples and/or include client testimonials to prove your point.

Ask your team and patients for input
Input can make a huge difference to your answer. Your team may think of key points which you may not have noted while your patients could offer you feedback on different aspects of your business from customer service to your stocked retail.

Make an effort
Don’t write one-line answers or copy and paste text from your website or brochure without adapting them to answer the question you’ve been asked. Use photos, price lists and examples with your entry so that judges can clearly see your clinic offering.
