Annual Sculptra Update Meeting at the Royal Society of Medicine

The Annual Sculptra Update Meeting chaired by lead Sculptra trainer Dr Linda Eve took place on November 16 at the Royal Society of Medicine.

The meeting highlighted advanced techniques along with a live demonstrations. Delegates were able to share their own experiences of Sculptra and perform a procedure on a model.

The event was chaired by lead Sculptra trainer Dr Linda Eve from Evenlines Clinic. Dr Eve has a vast range of experience with Sculptra. She has pioneered the 'CANUSCULPT' technique in recent years and has trained many practitioners across the country with this technique. Three groups of practical sessions were led by Dr Linda Eve,  Dr Askari Townshend & Patricia Goodwin, RGN

Also in attendance at the event were, Dr David Gateley, Dr Louise Hallam, Dr Teri Johnson, Cathy Martin, Dr Vian Sharif, Dr Aggie Zatonska, Yullia Culley, Debbie Smethhurst, Debbie Mills, Jacquie Macauley and  Sharon Gallagher

Dr Eve  said, “The Sculptra Update Training day at the RSM was a huge success and was attended by a very enthusiastic group of practitioners who wanted to improve their injecting skills, especially with the CanuSCULPT cannula technique. I presented an update on the history and optimum usage of Sculptra and showed a good selection of B&A photos giving evidence of the amazing results achievable with Sculptra for producing 3D facial volumisation and lift. Each practitioner then received one to one training from myself and two other very experienced trainers, Dr.Askari Townshend and Nurse Patricia Goodwin and we covered many subjects including facial assessment, injection techniques and how to gain the best results with the product. This was the first of a very exciting series of Sculptra updates and cannula training sessions that are planned across the UK over the next 12 months and I very much look forward to sharing my experience with other practitioners who feel they could benefit from this advanced training.”
