BAS confirms dates for its 2019 conference in Windsor

The British Association of Sclerotherapists 2019 conference will take place on Tuesday 14th May, at the iconic Dorney Lake Conference Centre near Eton, a highly popular venue because of the magnificent lakeside setting and its proximity to London Heathrow and major motorways.

The only UK meeting dedicated to sclerotherapy CPD/CME, its comprehensive agenda is highly relevant to all vein specialists and aesthetic doctors and nurses who offer leg vein treatments. With its focus on practical information as well as scientific presentations, new techniques as well as tried and tested tips, the meeting aims to give all sclerotherapy practitioners useful information they can take away and implement in their own practices, whatever their role or level of experience. BAS CPD certificates are recognised by GMC and NMC for appraisal and revalidation.

A delegate who attended the last BAS sclerotherapy conference summed up the feedback saying “Very informative content, high quality speakers, a good mixture of content for both medical and nursing staff.  Superb venue!”

BAS members enjoy significantly discounted conference fees, and BACN and ACE Group members are eligible for a 10% fee reduction.

With 50% of the population suffering from unsightly thread or varicose veins, and no treatment available on the NHS, more and more people are turning to vascular specialists and aesthetic practitioners for vein treatments.
