From how to attract and keep a more diverse clientele by offering skin-type-specific treatments to what not to do to avoid complications when treating different skin types.

12pm-1pm SESSION 3 TOPICAL PRODUCTS – WHAT WORKS?
Join our panel for a debate around ingredients – what’s new, what’s tried and tested and what actually works.Topics being discussed will range from what the panellists have found to be effective in their practice; what people should be vigilant about/wary of when choosing products/ingredients to work with; what complications could arise with topical products and how to manage these and what doesn’t work or work as well as it claims it does?
