Dr Sister introduces Nanofat grafting
Dr Daniel Sister has announced the latest addition to his treatment list – Nanofat grafting.
Nanofat uses stem cells from the patient’s own body to revitalise skin and combat the ageing process.
A patient’s stem cells are obtained from fat removed via a minimal liposuction technique. This fat is then emulsified and re-injected into areas requiring treatment. Nanofat softens, corrects and fills wrinkles, treats skin pigmentation, fills and treats tear troughs, erases dark circles and removes scars.
Nanofat regenerates the treated area by working with the body to naturally integrate into tissue without creating inflammation, as well as working to regenerate the skin, making it plumper, more elastic, more even in skin tone and stronger with an improvement in elastin and collagen.
Treatment takes under an hour, with immediate results including a noticeable plump, fullness to the skin, however true results can take up to eight months to appear as the stem cells need time to differentiate, stimulate and renew the skin.
