Galderma (UK)'s distributor relationships with Church and Wigmore come to an end

Galderma (U.K.) Limited's distribution agreements with Church Pharmacy and Wigmore Medical for products marketed under the Azzalure and Restylane brands have terminated. Galderma can confirm that both businesses can continue to sell through stock purchased from Galderma prior to termination and they both can order further product under Galderma’s standard terms and conditions of sale in the future.

Galderma announced in June that it had awarded Medfx the contract to act as its sole-preferred distributor for its aesthetics portfolio in the UK and Ireland, effective 8thSeptember. This impending change to distribution arrangements will have no impact on the supply and availability of Azzalure and Restylane-branded products in the interim period or in the future.

Toby Cooper, Medical Solutions Business Unit Head, Galderma UK & Ireland commented:

“We want to reassure customers that current and future supply of our brands is still available. Product is readily available from usual stockists, but Medfx is on standby to assist any customers seeking an alternative supplier. We look forward to the start of our new relationship with Medfx as our sole-preferred distributor from 8thSeptember 2019”.

Come September, Galderma and Medfx will be offering an enhanced package of customer-centric support services for healthcare professionals, which will improve their businesses, patient outcomes and safety, and overall industry standards.

Any customer with questions about distribution is encouraged to contact Galderma directly:
