Harpar Grace host first iS Clinical brand day in the UK
Harpar Grace hosted the first iS Clinical brand day at Chandos House, London. The exclusive industry event offered an exciting blend of clinical lectures, PR, marketing and business optimisation sessions to educate practitioners and clinics on how to transform their current performance and drive growth within their clinic.
Charlene DeHaven, a board-certified physician in both Internal and Emergency Medicine, a founding member of the Kronos Clinic and founder of the Longevity Institute, flew to the UK and presented talks on: "The Theories of Ageing - Why cosmeceuticals?", exploring the fundamentals of ageing and the understanding that underpins modern day application of topicals; "Skin Conditions and Treatment", looking at the key skin conditions and appropriate topical ingredients and regime kits to address symptoms and improve aesthetic appearance for patients; "Topicals and Post Procedure,", a clinical lecture on how key topical ingredients can be used to enhance post treatment outcomes.
The event also included practical business content such as "The Top 5 USP's that will drive your success’", " Transform your treatment portfolio". Marketing and business strategist and founder of Harpar Grace, Alana Chalmers, explained how to optimise a treatment portfolio through fusion opportunities, as well as how to engage with your injectable clients, bridal, travel, male and pregnancy markets. This event showcased a clinic success story as Ms Sherina Balaratnam shared key insight into what had been the recipe for success in her top flagship clinic.
