Man charged with GBH after allegedly falsely administering botulinum toxin

A man is due to appear in court charged with causing grievous bodily harm (GBH) after he allegedly falsely administer botulinum toxin.

Ozan Melin, 40, of Uxbridge, Middlesex, faces three counts of grievous bodily harm and two counts of fraud by false representation.

The alleged offences date back to July 2013 in Bristol and November 2011 in Poole.

It is claimed he made a false representation that he was a qualified and legitimate supplier, prescriber and administer of the prescription only medicine.

Bournemouth Magistrates' Court on Friday.

Lisa Ellen Bolster, 49, of Lytchett Matravers also faces two counts of fraud by false representation and one charge of possessing goods for sale with a false trademark in connection with the incident.
