New cosmetic manager joins HFIS

Hamilton Fraser Cosmetic Insurance has announced that Naomi Di-Scala has been promoted to cosmetic manager. Di-Scala is highly qualified for the role as she has been with Hamilton Fraser since 2008.

During this time, she has got to know most parts of the business very well. Hamilton Fraser not only offer cosmetic insurance for aesthetic practitioners. They are also market leaders in the property industry with popular brands like Total Landlord Insurance, mydeposits and the Property Redress Scheme.

Starting as a call handler for mydeposits, Di-Scala quickly became customer services team leader. In 2011, she joined the broking team as claims team leader, dealing with claims for both the property and healthcare brands and their associated products.

In her new role, she will be working on both getting cosmetic practitioners on the right cover and supporting them through a claims process.

Di-Scala said, “I have known many of our customers for years, visiting their training courses, meeting them at events and forged some really close relationships over the years. As cosmetic manager, I am looking forward to working even closer with the cosmetic industry and helping practitioners on their way to success.”

Eddie Hooker, CEO of Hamilton Fraser added, “I am delighted that Naomi is taking over this role. I have seen her progress over the years and value her dedication and enthusiasm. She is passionate about her work and her team. I am sure she will do an excellent job supporting the cosmetic industry and striking new and reinforcing existing relationships she has forged with practitioners in her time as Claims Team Leader.”
