Professor Bob Khanna cleared of allegations
The Metropolitan Police Service has confirmed that no further action will be taken against Professor Bob Khanna and that they have now closed their file in relation to allegations of sexual assault made against him due to sufficient evidence to the contrary.
Professor Khanna was arrested at CCR Expo in October and the story hit the national headlines.
BRBK Clinics Press & Media Communications released a statement saying: "We sincerely thank everyone for their messages of support and total belief in Professor Khanna as a consummate professional. In that same spirit of professionalism, we refrained from making any comment on the investigation to the media while it was ongoing. Having full faith in the British Police and Legal system, we knew that the truth would prevail, as it has.
"Slander is a serious matter and we take the view that these allegations were made solely in an attempt to defame Professor Khanna’s acclaimed reputation. As a result of the traumatic experience endured by him and his family and to ensure due process, Professor Bob Khanna and his legal team fully intend to pursue this matter, so that justice can prevail."
