River Aesthetics Academy to host more courses after initial popularity
River Aesthetics Academy, the training arm of the River Aesthetics clinic group headed up by Dr Charlotte Woodward and Dr Victoria Manning, has announced more upcoming courses at its new training facility in Bournemouth.
The Academy sits alongside River Aesthetics’ newest clinic location in Bournemouth, which opened this Spring. As leading expert practitioners in threads, Drs Woodward and Manning held their first Silhouette Soft training day and brow-lifting masterclass to an oversubscribed group of delegates from all over the UK.
Following this success, two more dates have been added for 16 November and 7 December. During the course, delegates will be led through the general concepts of Silhouette Soft threads as well as complications management, followed by a live demonstration of the procedure.
During the second part of the training day delegates will have the opportunity to carry out the procedure themselves on model they have deemed suitable and invited for treatment.
Dr Manning commented: “We really tailor each training course to the needs and desires of the delegates – concentrating on their objectives and learning needs. We also provide one-to-one focused guidance to help each person become confident to treat by the end of the session.”
River Academy’s courses are designed for practitioners who already have at least two years’ experience in facial aesthetics with dermal fillers and toxins. The Academy only trains doctors, dentists and selected, highly experienced nurses.
It is also possible to arrange a masterclass with Drs Woodward and Manning for a clinic team.
Each course costs from £1,000 per delegate and includes a full day’s training as well as course literature and lunch and refreshments.
