GetHarley launches business support programme

Digital skincare-retailing platform GetHarley has introduced a new initiative to its new clinic and practitioner partners that gives real-time learning and development. 

The GetHarley Business Support Programme is offered as part of the onboarding process for new clinics and practitioners to help them get off to a solid start with the partnership. 

A trained GetHarley business consultant visits new accounts to advise them before and after appointments on integrating skincare sales into the clinic experience, sharing advice on how to educate patients on the importance of skincare and how to bring up the topic strategically and tastefully during appointments. 

Consultants also help practitioners upload patient skincare plans to the GetHarley system, if assistance is needed.

So far, clinics and practitioners who have completed the half-day programme have seen a 5 to 10X growth in income from skincare sales.
