sk:n acquires Destination Skin clinics

Clinic group sk:n has acquired aesthetic skincare chain Destination Skin. Following its own acquisition by private equity company TriSpan in February, sk:n has now bought Destination Skin and its 16 clinics. Locations include London, Bristol, Manchester and Cardiff. 

The acquisition brings the total number of clinics operated by the group to 68, with Destination Skin’s sites joining the 52 sk:n clinics nationwide. Combined, both brands generate total annual revenues of approximately £40 million, according to the company. 

In a press release, sk:n said it plans to open new clinics under both brands in the coming months.
