Sujata Jolly wins innovation in wound healing award

Medical director and CEO of Clinogen Laboratories Sujata Jolly has won the Medical LiveWire Global Award 2016 for Innovation in Wound Healing.

The award was given to Jolly in recognition for her work in creating Youki, a CE marked medical device formulated for treating open wounds and scar repair.

The Youki range includes two post-procedural products, the Youki Bio-Cell Spray for after treatment, which uses “scaffolding technology” to reduce inflammation and speed up the healing process, and Youki Skin Repair Cream, which aimes to increase the skin’s resilience and minimises the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH).

The Medical LiveWire Global Awards recognises medical innovation, championing the best people in their respective fields, including plastic and reconstructive surgeons.
