Surge in bikini-line hair transplants says DHI Global

A leading hair transplant clinic has reported a surge in the number of women asking for hair transplants in their bikini region.

DHI Global has reported a sharp rise in the number of requests for bikini line restoration from women who have either had hair removed with a laser or have damaged their own hair follicles through other grooming methods, such as Brazillian waxing.

The clinic claimed celebs such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Cameron Diaz and Lady Gaga who embrace a more natural and “fuller” look, have inspired women to seek the treatment.

DHI’s founder Kostas Giotis told The Daily Mail, “‘We started offering body hair restoration because women would come to us asking for it. Initially, we didn’t realise the market existed to such an extent, but now it’s a core part of our business.”
