Transform Group creates patient charter

Cosmetic surgery clinic group Transform has launched a ‘Patient Charter’, to outline how it aims to deliver against its commitment to “provide patients with the highest quality care before, during and after their procedure” and to be “accountable for delivery of that care.”

In the charter the group, which operates clinic chains Transform and The Hospital Group, details its clinical and internal governance and patient engagement measures across its cosmetic interventions and weight loss business.
