The Aesthetic Consultant, a bespoke consultancy for aesthetic medical professionals, has announced the launch of a new service called B.R.A.I.N.S.
Delivered as one-to-one video coaching sessions, the latest provision is designed to give field sales representatives, account managers, BDMs, and territory managers the skills needed to work their territory effectively.
Vanessa Bird, the industry sales expert behind The Aesthetic Consultant - who has over fifteen years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry across the UK, America, Europe, and the UAE - will coach salespeople through the topics needed to excel in their roles. This includes time management, prospecting, cold-calling techniques, relationship building, networking, and referrals, with all training specific to the aesthetics industry.
Every coaching session is also customised to the individual, allowing the salesperson to brainstorm with Bird to find the best approach for their particular role and area.
