Allergan successfully completes Zeltiq acquisition

Allergan has successfully completed its acquisition of Zeltiq Aesthetics for approximately $2.4bn (£1.84bn) in cash. With the acquisition, Allergan adds Zeltiq’s flagship CoolSculpting system to its portfolio.
