ASKINOLOGY Facial Bar named Beauty Salon of the Year 2015 at The London Hair and Beauty Awards

ASKINOLOGY has scooped two titles at The London Hair and Beauty Awards.

Its Facial Bar, the first of its kind in the UK offering cosmeceutical, results-driven facials in under one hour, was awarded the title of Beauty Salon of the Year, Central and Beauty Salon of the Year 2015.

Opened for just three months, ASKINOLOGY is the brainchild of skincare expert and aesthetic doctor Askari Townshend (BMedSci, BMBS, MRCS).

Speaking of the win, Dr Townshend stated, “I always believed that the concept of a facial bar would work if done well but being the first in the UK was always a bit of a gamble. We’ve had great feedback from our customers and an excellent reaction from the press and so knew we were on the right track. Winning Beauty Salon of the Year 2015 at The London Hair and Beauty Awards is a fantastic achievement. Getting our first award only three months after opening is an achievement we’re really proud of and we look forward to developing the other aspects of the business, particularly the laser and aesthetics clinic.”
