Face the Future announces partnership with Skin Masterclass to reshape retail opportunities

Updated on 27th Feb 2026

Online skincare and beauty retailer Face the Future has announced its partnership with global skincare training and consultation platform Skin Masterclass, a move that is set to reshape how aesthetic professionals approach retail within clinical practice.

The collaboration introduces a new commercial model designed to empower independent aestheticians to deliver product recommendations without the traditional logistical barriers.

The partnership enables clinicians trained by Skin Masterclass to direct patients to Face The Future, where product fulfillment, customer experience, and ongoing engagement are centrally managed.

Advancing retail opportunities

The professional beauty and aesthetic sector has experienced a marked shift in recent years. Consumers are increasingly guided by clinical authority, evidence-based education, and personalised consultation rather than impulse or brand-driven purchasing alone.

Under the new model, clinicians trained and certified through Skin Masterclass can recommend products during consultation and direct patients to Face the Future’s platform.

“This partnership reflects how the beauty retail landscape is evolving. Clinical influence, education, and trust are becoming increasingly important drivers of consumer purchasing decisions, and we aim to meet the customer wherever they are,” shares co-owner and director at Face the Future, Paul Thompson.

“By combining Skin Masterclass’s education and consultation platform with our retail infrastructure, we’re creating a model that benefits clinicians, brands, and customers alike.”

For many independent practitioners, retail can be a challenge. While practitioners understand that homecare is essential to treatment efficacy, logistical concerns stand as a barrier for retail opportunities.

Founder of Skin Masterclass, Cigdem Kemal Yilmaz, emphasises that freedom of recommendation was a key driver behind the partnership. “As a skincare education and consultation platform, we were intentionally looking for a retail partner that would give Skin Masterclass–certified skincare consultants the freedom to recommend across brands without the burden of stock holding or commercial complexity.

“By combining our education and consultation technology with Face the Future’s product range and fulfillment infrastructure, skin professionals can now build truly personalised routines across budgets, categories, and brands."
