Lumenis unveil stand-alone ResurFX™ device at IMCAS

The IMCAS meeting in Paris saw Lumenis unveil its latest innovation – ResurFX.™ ResurFX™ technology is a popular feature of Lumenis’ multi-application M22 system, but will now be offered as a stand-alone device. An advanced 1565nm fiber laser system for fractional non-ablative skin resurfacing, the ResurFX™ includes the CoolScan™ scanner, which uses a patent pending algorithm to ensure precise, homogeneous and safe energy delivery. The scanner allows you to set up more than 600 combinations of shape, size, density and energy, for treatment customisation, according to the patient and the treatment area. This means you can reach high-density levels in a single pass, for optimal coverage and results. In addition, the ResurFX™ has continuous contact cooling, for safe treatment and patient comfort and requires no disposables. The device is indicated for fractional non-ablative skin-resurfacing for wrinkles, striae, scars, and dyschromia.
