Male demand for collagen supplements is powering category growth

Collagen is a fast-growing global category that is forecast to hit around £18.3 billion by 2032 – a growth that, according to reports, is being supercharged by demand for collagen products for men.

Research by Precedence Research reveals that searches for ‘collagen benefits for men’ are up 350% in the last 12 months in the UK.

Collagen is a vital protein that is essential for healthy skin, bones, and connective tissues. However, as men age, their collagen production declines by one percent each year after the age of 25. This can lead to health issues, including joint pain, wrinkles, and muscle loss.
