The Forma Magma Diode is a complete solution platform offering a Diode Laser, Nd:YAG and IPL making it ideal for the treatment of unwanted hair, pigmented lesions, vascular lesions, active acne and nail fungus while also offering skin lightening and photo rejuvenation. With exclusive diode laser technology and 10 IPL applicators Magma allows the practitioner to choose the most suitable treatment protocol for the client. The advanced cooling system allows treatments at a comfortable ambient temperature of up to 27.5°c and a revolutionary FDA approved Melaninnometer, with exact skin measurement readings from 1-100, provides extra safety and efficiency – a first in the industry.

A key benefit of the Forma Magma Diode is its superior hair removal results. A clinical study showed an 86% reduction in hair after just three sessions and it has the advantage of being fast, treating a full leg in less than 20 minutes. It achieves this by utilising intense energy and large spot size for better surface coverage and up to ten shots per second. The Magma is also able to provide shorter more aggressive pulses or longer pulses for thicker stubborn hair. This in-built flexibility allows better results for the individual.

• Diode Laser 808nm – one of the fastest hair removal systems and the optimal choice for high volume hair removal procedures. With a repetition rate of 10 pulses per second and energy densities of up to75J/cm2, it is fast becoming the system of choice for many practitioners around the world.
• 1064 nm Nd:YAG Laser – features a long lifespan averaging at 6 times the number of pulses compared with a regular Nd:YAG applicator. Offers contact cooling using a revolutionary crystal tip and a diode pointer for optimal accuracy and without losing energy but still protecting the epidermis. The cooling allows patients to undergo laser treatments which would have been extremely uncomfortable using conventional Nd:YAG.
