Phorest expands into aesthetics sector with new consultation-led clinic management tools

Updated on 01st Apr 2026

Phorest has announced the launch of new tools catered to aesthetic professionals, designed to support consultation-led care, professional standards and consistent clinic operations.

Phorest is best known for its work supporting the hair, beauty, barbering and spa industries.

Over recent years there has been a growing expansion among medi-aesthetic clinics adopting advanced skin treatments, lasers and injectables.

These clinics share similar foundations, but the growing shift towards aesthetics treatments require systems that can support higher levels of documentation, consent and operational rigour – which prompted Phorest’s expansion.

Recognising this shift, Phorest have spent several years liaising with medi-aesthetic clinics to gain understanding on how professional expectations were changing and where existing software no longer reflected the realities of modern clinics.

Luke Doolin, country manager of Phorest, explains, “We didn’t decide to enter medi-aesthetics, our customers brought us there. These updates reflect years of listening and building alongside clinics as their services evolved, while staying true to the people-first approach Phorest was built on.”

This research has now resulted in Phorests’ latest expansion into the aesthetic industry which has now launched for the UK market.

These new capabilities include:

  • Structured aesthetic documentation, including dot phrasing and clinical notes
  • Supervisor sign-off with stored digital signatures
  • Digital consent workflows, including consent sent at booking and client image upload
  • Enhanced mark-up tools, easy before/after side-by-side photo comparisons
  • Face mapping and consultation planning tools
  • Lead management from enquiry to consultation in one centralised dashboard
  • Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options
  • Memberships and add-on services

These new functionalities are combined with Phorest’s established platform for booking, marketing and payments, and now further strengthened by AI-driven innovation.

These updated facilities aim to give aesthetic clinics structure, visibility and control, allowing clinics to continue triumphing patient experience whilst reducing operational and administrational burdens.
