Rosmetics runs Facial Aesthetics Training with Dr Aamer Khan
Rosmetics Aesthetics Limited has announced the first of a series of training sessions in London hosted by Dr Aamer Khan, a leading expert on regenerative medicine and author of the book ‘Regenerative Medicine in Aesthetic Treatments’. This first session will take place on Sunday, November 19, 2023.
Adipose tissue has found extensive use as autologous fat grafts in various applications within modern dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetics.
One of the commonly employed types of Mesenchymal Stromal Cells (MSCs) in aesthetics is Adipose-Derived Stem Cells (ADSCs). They are readily available in substantial quantities with minimal donor site impact or patient discomfort.
Regenerative lipofilling is a straightforward and efficient surgical procedure suitable for aesthetic rejuvenation, revision surgery, and cosmetic volumisation. It involves extracting fat from areas with excess fat and utilising it for cellular repair, replacement, or regeneration.

BEAUTY-STEM DUO is a closed-circuit, single-use kit designed for adipose tissue microfragmentation and purification. It eliminates the need for centrifugation and minimises tissue manipulation.
The filtration system consistently reduces adipose clusters, providing a highly regenerative lipofilling option that is ideal for aesthetic rejuvenation and revision surgery.
The entire tissue processing phase occurs within the device, thanks to continuous saline solution washing. This process reduces cellular stress, minimizing any potentially damaging effects on the extracellular matrix and its crucial trophic and anti-inflammatory functions.
The collection and processing bag feature two filters. The first filter microfragments the adipose tissue while retaining any fibrotic tissue. The second filter, with a denser mesh, retains the microfragmented adipose tissue. It undergoes further washing with saline solution to eliminate oily and blood residues, which could potentially lead to inflammation in treated tissues.
The final microfragmented and purified product is autologous adipose tissue with significant regenerative potential. It is suitable for various aesthetic procedures and can be injected with ease, even using fine needles.
