SJ Partnership announces two senior leadership team promotions

SJ Partnership, a leading business services company within the UK medical aesthetics industry, has announced the promotion of two key members of its senior leadership team.

Cait McLaughlin, who has been with SJ Partnership for over two years, will transition from her previous role as communications manager to assume the position of director of communications. 

McLaughlin will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the communications team, both internally and externally, working closely with clients to provide the highest standard of support.

Nicole Johnstone, also a dedicated member of the SJ Partnership team for over two years, has been promoted from client services manager to director of client services. 

In her new role, Johnstone will lead the client services team, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, and will collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and exceed their expectations.

The two promotions form part of SJ Partnership’s enhanced leadership structure, which is designed to facilitate streamlined operations, foster innovation, and allow the company to continue providing the highest standard of services to its portfolio of clients.
