Treatments You Can Trust appoints Baroness Morris as chair

Treatments You Can Trust (TYCT) has announced that Baroness Trish Morris of Bolton will be its new chair. A Conservative life peer, Baroness Morris has been sitting at the House of Lords since June, 2004 and is currently deputy speaker and deputy chairman of committees in the House. She chaired the previous TYCT Governance Board for three years. The primary focus of the board is consumer protection, reviewing and monitoring the scheme to see that it promotes patient safety.
